Chili Cheese Quesadillas

  • 1 Skillet (large)


  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup Original Tommy's World-Famous Chili
  • 2 tbsp Butter (divided)


  • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat
  • Place a tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of grated cheese and 1/4 cup of Tommy's Chili. Top with another tortilla.
  • When the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, carefully flip the quesadilla over and cook until the other side is golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 3 more quesadillas.
  • Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve hot.
