Use of Original Tommy’s gift cards constitutes acceptance of terms. Treat
Original Tommy’s gift cards like cash; lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Original Tommy’s is not responsible for any card used without your permission.
Gift cards are not debit or credit cards and have no implied warranties. Gift cards
may be used for purchases at any Original Tommy’s restaurant. The value on the
gift card may not be redeemed for cash, check or credit unless required by law.
Unused amounts may be used toward future purchases. After 12 months of no
card activity, a dormancy fee of $.50 per month may be charged as allowed by
law. For balance inquiries check your last purchase receipt or call 888-529-6578.
This card may not be resold by any unlicensed vendor under penalty of law;
unlawful resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. All
Original Tommy’s locations are listed on this website.
